Vinalhaven Celebrates Community Wind Power Project

Hundreds of people attended the ribbon cutting ceremony for a 4.5MW community wind power project on the island of Vinalhaven, ME. The Fox Islands Wind Project, the largest coastal community wind power project on the East Coast, will reduce greenhouse gas pollution, cut electricity costs, and increase energy security.
