How to make a wind power generator at home?

I want to make a wind power generator to power things in my house. I want it to be able to power a small tv and DVD player.

To make this you will need a few things.
the generator, blades battery and inverter.

I have made three of them and I use them to power various things outside like lighting, pool pump and tv.

The best source of info for this is http://www.earth4energy.com. Thats where I got my blade designs from and learnt how to wire it up.. Its saving me some good money :)

You will need to get a windmill and connect it to a generator to produce electricity. From http://altenergy.in

I found a pretty simple set of instructions for a DIY wind generator online. I’m certainly no carpenter but I managed to throw it together and now I even sell my surplus electricity back to the power company. Check it out if you’re interested.

Make sure the plans you use are not just theory, or designed by crakpots. The Plans at http://www.monofuel.com are very good, and the guy has actually made all the stuff himself, and tells the whole story of how he came up it all.
