wind and wave power how long will it last?

If their were enough wind and wave farms to supply mankinds power needs, how long before the oceans become calm, and the wind stops blowing?

Hey! What a question!
When wind stop blowing and oceans become calme that’s the apoaclypse.
There will be alwyas wind to blow slowly or fast, there will be always ocean movements in the time where the earth is turning. But the question is on how to take profit from that natural phenomenes.
You can always easily make your wind power network to generate electricity for your home daily needs, just go to: http://www.windpowercost.org
Good luck !

There will always be temperature change until the sun is burnt out. Without the Sun there is still the gravitational force of the moon; wave power would continue.
Without the Sun, life on Earth would cease.

the only way if the oceans become claim is if they become permafrost like on Mars and the only way the wind will stop blowing is if the Earth stops spinning both of which are not very likely are they?
