Neutrogena Wave Power Cleanser on Acne prone skin?

Is it safe for me to exfoliate my skin twice a week by using the wave generator by Neutrogena ? My beautician says to exfloliate my skin as I have blocked pores, but I have acne, so will this affect my acne in a bad way?

i don’t think this is a good idea, as then you are cleaning your face but at the same time spreading acne, so you will just more and more acne, hope this helpsxx
