Actually I see that now. My initial observation led me to those conclusions. Normal reactors only utilize 1% of the actual contained energy from the uranium, a Fast breeder reactor utilizes 97% of contained energy which produces an excess amount of fuel before the reactor can burn it. It is said these reactors don’t require refueling for 30-40yrs as they are that efficient. Also a DT system can be built to burn up most of the waste

A Breeder Reactor is no more of a free energy device than a standard reactor, the main difference is that a breeder creates MORE fissile from the original fuel than a standard reactor. It will deplete the fuel just as a normal reactor, it just takes a while longer. It’s a better design, but not free energy in the likeness of Zero Point Energy.

Last time I checked, we had a good theoretical formulation of EM in 3+1D, not 2D, and it’s so far been used to build all the EM-based devices we use including the computer you typed your message on and the Internet over which it was transmitted. Seems like pretty good theory to me.

A breeder reactor just transmutes preexisting isotopes into more fissionable ones. It does not create new energy or pull energy from exotic sources, it just makes available nuclear energy that was already there but not as available. E.g. turning thorium to fissile isotopes of uranium for example.
