I worked for a new home builder.
He used double pain glass for maximum solar for the winter time heat bill.
He had the houses built for the winter time sun to come in the back windows all day long..
For summer..
He had several hundred feet of 6 inch plactic pipe under ground 3 1/2 feet deep going to the air conditioner vents fan..
The fan pulled the air into the underground pipe to cool it then blowed it in the house..

Something else I did was to keep my old leaky double pane windows then bought the cheapest vinyl double pane windows & installed those on the inside ledge so now there are 2 sets of double pane windows. I got that idea while working in a home near the airport. It blocks out sound really well not to mention insulate. No need to use that insulated window plastic anymore

They are virtually hurricane proof, tornado proof, flood proof & rot proof. They are truly the smartest above ground home to live in. I installed motion sensor lights outside so lights only come on with activity. I use a natural gas cooking stove as electric is far more expensive, natural gas forced air heat & natural gas water heater.
I use a whole house attic fan until the heat is so unbearable I need AC but even though the entire house is central air I installed 2 rooms with small ACs so I only cool the room I am in. 2 rooms contain infrared heaters so the main house heat can be 65 but I can stay warm in the room I am in

We have a 2 story 3 bed house use lots of water for hosing down the dog area & sometimes heating pads for kittens or heaters for puppies & average $60-$70 in the summer & never over $100 in the winter. We are very energy conscious. Computers & lights are off when not in use, I unplug extra computers when not in use because they still suck current when turned off. outside doors are kept closed when furnace is on or else furnace is turned off.

In my mind it`s not about getting something for free as much as it is about being able to afford the cost of electricty.
I don`t mind paying for services.

This works well when houses are low then the equity is actually rising. One man added solar & did the meter in reverse thing so he had no utility bill plus he charged his EV. No utility bills, no more gasoline & his 2nd mortgage payment with low interest was $30 Month in 2005 with rising equity although that has all come crashing down except he is still sitting pretty as he is still only paying a locked in $30 Month & doesn’t worry about gas prices or utilities

The little tag is to track if the meter has been tampered with as some people will slow it down to give false readings, it’s ok to clip the tag if you are doing a legitimate electrical install then call them right away to get a new tag put on. I wonder if you could buy one from them yet they might be suspicious. Perhaps you could borrow one from an abandoned house for experimentation.

The power companies would never want the public to know of any technology of a cheap device you attach to to your house that self produces current that would shut down all public service, the coal, oil, natural gas & all strip mining operations yet they would disguise it in a common device such as a meter then they sell you free energy instead of building new plants… That’s just wise business planning

So what I was getting at is that if these guys in the vid seem perplexed by electronics or magnets they do not recognize then perhaps these devices are slowly being added & I won’t totally dismiss the idea that the unit may have the capability of creating or assisting with current. I think the power companies are struggling to keep up with growth & may use something like that rather than build new coal or nuclear plants.
