If y= 0.03sin(50x-500t) (SI units), and if the mass density of the string on which the wave propagates is 0.005 kg/m, then the transmitted power wave is _____ .
http://hyperphysics.phy-astr.gsu.edu/Hbase/Waves/powstr.html has boxes you fill in to get the answer. you should have a look at the equation though and make sure ...

Where can I find the PCB design of a Power Supply for a full wave rectifier with zener diode?
Every one is different, you won't find a pre-made PC board design for your mix of parts.
But first get it operating correctly, then use a Prototype PC boards. Zener regulators alone ...

If y= 0.03sin(50x-500t) (SI units), and if the mass density of the string on which the wave propagates is 0.005 kg/m, then the transmitted power wave is _____ .
P = ½ μω²A²v => power transmitted by wave on a string.
angular velocity: ω = 500 rad/s
mass density of ...

I'm thinking specifically about submarine sonar sensors. If two waves were emitted in the same medium (ocean water), with the same negligible environmental interference, and at the same power, which would travel farther? I know a typical sonar "ping" is high pitched (high frequency), but is this because ...

Wave power is being tested in Wellington Harbour as wave generating electricity.
It's a small scale project - just enough to power 2 houses, but within a decade much larger commercial wave generators will be pumping power into the national grid.
Not so sure on the 10 year time ...
