Im addicted. I have to have one a day and limit myself to one a day. I only drink the Sugar Free Rockstar or Monster so Im not consuming too much caffeine or sugar, so is this bad?
I get up at 5am to workout/run for a hour so Im quite exhausted throughout the day and need coffee and a energy drink for a quick pick me up.
I think if you’re limiting yourself to just 1 per day and there is no sugar in them you’re fine, it’s just like drinking a can and a half of diet soda with caffeine. If you truly are addicted though that’s not a good thing. I’d look for alternatives at that point.
